Admission
The Garden's admission price is US $5.00 or the equivalent in colones for non-resident adults, US $3.50 or its equivalent in colones for non-resident students, and ¢1,000 for resident adults. There are preferential rates for resident students and retirees. The Garden's members and children under 6 years old can enter for free.
The main pathway is universally accessible. There are wheelchairs available in the Garden's reception area.
For your safety and enjoyment, and to protect the Garden, visitors should follow these recommendations:
• No smoking inside the facilities
• No food, beverages, toys, or pets ( other than guide dogs ) are allowed.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• You should bring comfortable clothing and footwear for walking and as protection against rain during the months from May to December.
